How do I sign up for BHG Membership?
Simply sign up as a Be-Informed member on our website and it comes with no sign-up cost.
Automated upgrade to be a Be-Rewarded member with min. $200 nett spend in a single day or to purchase our Upgrade Offer at only $20.
To be upgraded to our top tier of membership as a Be-Wowed member, accumulate your purchases to minimum $3,000 nett spend within 12 months, or simply purchase our Upgrade Offer at $50.

Does my membership & points expire?
- Be-Informed Membership
Your membership will not expire.
- Be-Rewarded Membership
Your membership and points earned will be valid for 12 calendar months. You must at least make a purchase minimum of $200 in a single day before the expiry date to maintain the membership. Otherwise, your membership will be changed to Be-Informed membership.
For the unredeemed points, it will be forfeited upon the 12-month expiry.
- Be-Wowed Membership
Your membership and points earned will be valid for 12 calendar months. You must at least accumulate a minimum of $3,000 of purchases before the expiry date to maintain the membership. Otherwise, your membership will be changed to Be-Rewarded membership.
For the unredeemed points, it will be forfeited upon the 12-month expiry.
How do I earn points and cash rebates?
Points will be awarded for eligible purchases made with Be-Rewarded and Be-Wowed Membership. The points will then be converted into 3% cash rebates (BHG$). The rebates will be reflected on the receipts. Sale of gift vouchers, membership upgrade offers, delivery/alteration service, postage, workshops/masterclasses, Beauty Curates and purchases at The Marmalade Pantry Petite are not entitled to points issuance.

BHG$ can be used to offset your next purchase for in-store or online purchases. The points and BHG$ are not exchangeable for *sale of gift vouchers, membership upgrade offers, delivery/alteration service, postage, workshops/masterclasses, Beauty Curates and purchases at The Marmalade Pantry Petite.
Is there a limit to how much BHG$ i can redeem in one transaction?
No. there is no limit to the redemption in one transaction
If I obtained a refund for a purchase made but have already utilised my cash rebates, do I get a refund for my cash rebates?
BHG$ earned on the transaction will be deducted from your account accordingly. In the event that the BHG$ have been redeemed and you have insufficient BHG$ for deduction, the shortfall will be deducted from the purchase price to be refunded to you for the returned items.
Can my membership and points be transferable to someone else if I do not want it?
No. Both membership and points are not transferable to others.
