Sales Assistant is responsible for driving sales for the department to achieve sales target. Providing excellent customer service and handle queries on products and customer’s purchases on the sales floor will be the key focus for this position. You will also be handling the housekeeping for your department. This includes managing merchandise displays as well as replenishment of merchandise. 


  • Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all customers and handle all queries on products
  • Promote and recommend suitable products for customer’s needs
  • Engage with customers and handle customer’s feedback and complaints.
  • Reporting discrepancies and problems to the department Supervisor.
  • Perform regular inventory checks as well as bi-annual stock taking.
  • Handle merchandise displays in the department by monitoring and replenishing stocks at sales floor
  • Keep up to date with special promotions and assist in display for the event.
  • Housekeeping and maintenance of department sales floor and storeroom cleanliness and tidiness


  • Minimum GCE "O" Levels/ NITEC/ Diploma and above
  • Able to work retail hours and shifts.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English language.
  • Able to converse in other mother tongue is an advantage.
  • Have a growth mindset and aspire to grow along with the company and business goals
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with desire to provide good customer service.
  • Tactful, resourceful and industrious with high initiative.
  • Able to listen, understand and communicate effectively

  • 5-Day Work Week
    • Rotating Shift based on Store Roster.
    • 1 Saturday & 1 Sunday off in a month
