Guidelines for Exchange & Refund:


  1. BHG Singapore accepts returns, exchange or refunds within 14 days of delivery, subject to BHG Singapore’s prevailing return policy. Purchases from BHGSingapore.com.sg can be returned within 21 days of purchases.

  2. Exchanged or returned Products must be in the original condition as when it was delivered, and must include its original vendor packaging, price tag(s), and Order Confirmation and/or invoice. BHG Singapore reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfil any of the above policy or for any other reason whatsoever.

  3. Merchandise must be un-used, unaltered and be in a re-saleable condition.

  4. Goods can be exchanged for a similar item or different item.

  5. Refund of purchase will be according to the original mode of payment or in the form of store credit.

  6. For hygiene reasons, all lingerie, undergarments and cosmetic items are not exchangeable.

  7. BHG Singapore reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfil any of the above policy or for any other reason whatsoever.

  8. Where a Product is defective, not of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, you may return the Product for an exchange or a refund of the amount paid for the Product without interest at the absolute discretion of BHG Singapore, subject to the applicable law.

  9. Products must be returned with any free gift(s) and/or gift card(s) received with respect to the returned Product.

  10. All returns, exchange or refunds must be made only at the Customer Service Counter, at BHG stores. We do not accept returns through mail. 

  11. BHG Singapore will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.

All refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used for the Order. If you obtain refund for any Products for which rebates or membership points have been credited, corresponding number of rebates/points for the Products returned will be deducted from your account.


In the event that the rebate/points amount in your account is insufficient to deduct the rebates, corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the Products. Please note that it takes approximately 21 days for a credit return to your card to be effective.
