BHG Online was launched earlier this year and we're currently building an experienced, hands-on eCommerce team to grow our digital presence and enhance our online customer experience.   

As BHG’s eCommerce Manager, you will report directly into the Head of Marketing & Digital and be responsible for driving the development and growth of BHG’s digital transformation initiatives, while spearheading end-to-end digital marketing efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Manage the entire Ecommerce P&L
  • Drive traffic to BHG Online - devise strategies and action plans to increase traffic, acquire new customers, increase conversion rate and optimize sales
  • Creation and merchandising of new products on BHG Online, including the creation of new web pages, capsule collections and sales categories
  • Improve UI and UX to enhance customer experience - work closely with the Head of Marketing & Digital to create the best in class customer experience journey
  • Strategize and execute a complete eCommerce digital marketing calendar, including email, database and social media marketing
  • Working closely with logistics to ensure the order fulfilment process is seamless – ensure sufficient inventory is available
  • Researching ideas for eCommerce growth 
  • Analyse internal data and web analytics to evaluate campaigns, ensuring positive ROI and making recommendations for further development
  • Plan and execute digital strategies across both BHG Online and other external marketplaces to increase sales and business opportunities
  • This role will manage a team of 2, so will also be responsible for overseeing BHG Online’s traffic and content management (including the execution of paid, owned and social media initiatives)

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, either in-house or at an advertising or media agency
    • Experience within the retail industry an advantage but not mandatory
    • Strong commercial understanding, with a highly analytic skillset and good knowledge on Google analytics and other marketing analytics tools
    • Proven success in managing budgets and eCommerce P&L’s
    • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi task and work across multiple projects simultaneously
    • Demonstrated experience in managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, marketing database and display advertising, other platform campaigns and marketplaces
    • Experience in managing user funnels and A/B testing
    • Experience with Shopify will be an added advantage
