Job Title: Digital & Ecommerce Executive

KEY ROLE:


To develop, implement and manage BHG Singapore’s online marketing strategy for all digital marketing channels.  Play a key role in enhancing brand awareness as well as driving website traffic, conversion and acquiring leads/customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop, implement and manage launch plan, marketing & promotion programs to support operational objectives. This includes website and mobile promotions, paid search campaigns, email marketing, social media, merchandising and partnership marketing.
  • Create channel and digital marketing programs to establish a strong brand voice to support incremental sales/revenue.
  • Prepare a detailed monthly report on channel & digital marketing activities for sharing with management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all program executions conform to BHG Singapore’s brand guidelines.

Website & Ecommerce:

  • Achieving sales and profit target for Ecommerce channel.
  • Ensure the user experience from customer touch point through completed sale is user friendly to maximize conversion and revenue generation.
  • Manage and maintain E-commerce website, publishing updates, product merchandising, landing pages, etc.
  • Analyse and report on data from all online channels and provide insights into consumer patterns and trends
  • Develop content for website and social copy that reflect campaigns and strategies.
  • Define e-commerce key account plans and follow-up on campaign executions and post-campaigns.
  • Analyse sales performance and extract valuable insights leading to actionable business strategies.
  • Ensure that products are optimised in terms of searchability and on-site visibilities
  • Develop and execute an acquisition strategy to gain new consumers and drive higher frequency purchase from existing consumers

Social Media:

  • Maintain social media strategy in co-operation with the Marketing and Merchandising team.
  • Drive the use of social media to create community and engagement with consumers.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of social media to address customer service issues.
  • Monitor & trawl social media to identify potential KOLS, bloggers, ambassadors, etc.
  • Partner with Marketing team to create social and digital campaigns that align with sales goals and promotional calendar.
    • Create and manage content customized to each channel. 
    • Implement strategies across Paid social, SEO, display and affiliates that are in line with the company’s business objectives

    Financial:

    • Achieving sales and profit target.
    • Maintain expenditure within agreed limits.
    • Exercise good judgement in digital marketing expenditure to ensure financial investments are well spent.

    Other:

    • Conduct research and monitor our target audience’s digital behavior and constantly auditing and analyzing the content / digital assets to identify opportunities and needs.
    • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
    • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
    • Ad hoc request from Exco team members 

    REQUIREMENTS


    • Bachelors in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in retail environment.
    • Experienced in Social Media, SEM, display, web analytics and marketing automation.
    • Strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently, problem solve and leverage multiple function/business/country support.
    • Demonstrated experience with emerging digital marketing functionalities and a great affinity for learning and applying new technologies and staying abreast of new trends.
    • Driven, creative, and results-oriented individual with experience in Web Analytics
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business partnerships including ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
    • Proven organizational skills – able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively.
