Lucky Draw - Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign period runs from 23 to 27 November 2023.
2. There is no fee to participate in this Lucky Draw.   
3. Only BHG Members (Be-Informed, Be-Rewarded & Be-Wowed) will be eligible for the Black Friday Lucky Draw. 
4. BHG Members will be entitled different number of chances based on the membership tier:
   • Be-Wowed: 3x 
   • Be-Rewarded: 2x 
   • Be-Informed: 1x 
5. All BHG Members who spend a minimum nett $150 spend excl. GST in-store or online will be automatically enrolled into the Lucky Draw. 
6. Each Member will only be enrolled once into the Lucky Draw regardless of amount spent or number of transactions made. 
7. BHG Singapore shall not be held responsible or liable to the Member if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.  
8. Each winner is only entitled to win one prize, regardless of how many times their lucky draw ticket is picked. BHG Singapore shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks and has the right to re-pick a winner.  
9. Prizes are to be collected at BHG Bugis Junction unless otherwise stated, and collection details will be communicated to the Member on the date and time of collection. 
10. Failure to collect the prizes by the stipulated date in the email communications will be forfeited and rolled over to the next event.  
11. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.  
12. Winners will be chosen at random by BHG Singapore.   
13. BHG Singapore will conduct the Lucky Draw on 8 December 2023. The winner will be notified via a phone call and/or email notification. Winners shall ensure that they remain contactable at all times. If BHG fails to contact any winner for any reason whatsoever within 7 days from 11 December 2023, it shall at its sole discretion elect to determine another winner in accordance with the Lucky Draw mechanism. 
14. The 1st, 2nd and, 3rd winner consents to use his/her name and image in any publicity material online. Such consent shall be deemed to have been given when the winner participates in the Lucky Draw and accepts the prize for the Lucky Draw. 
15. BHG Singapore has the right from time to time to change, add and/or modify the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.  
16. BHG Staff and immediate family are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.   
17. For online orders, in order to qualify and be eligible for the Lucky Draw, the Customer must: (i) be a BHG Member and (ii) be logged in on the BHG website prior to making online purchases. 
18. All fulfilled orders purchased online from 00:00, 23 November 2023 to 23:59, 27 November 2023 will be automatically enrolled to the Lucky Draw (provided that the purchaser was logged in to his/her BHG membership account online prior to making the online purchases).

Members Double Points (“2X”) / Triple Points (“3X”) ​

1. The 2X & 3X Points promotions is open to members of Be-Rewarded and Be-Wowed only. 
2. This promotion is only valid on purchases made on 23 November 2023 and applicable for online and offline purchases. 
3. Points will be issued based on nett purchases excluding GST. 
4. Sale of gift vouchers, membership upgrade offers, delivery/alteration service, postage, workshops/master classes, Beauty Curates, BHG plastic bags and purchases at The Marmalade Pantry Petite are not entitled to points issuance. 
5. The issuance of the additional points is based on the minimum spend of the qualifying amount in a single receipt. 
6. The issuance of points will be capped at a value of $1,000 per membership.
7. The points will be credited to the membership accounts by 31 December 2023. 
8. Bulk and Corporate purchases are not entitled for this promotion. 
9. BHG reserves the rights at its sole discretion not to reply to any query, nor have any responsibility whatsoever to do so at any time.  
10. BHG reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
